For one of our Berlin locations we are looking for a Full-time Community Lead
Responsibilities
Manage Accounts - Our goal is to assist our members in reaching their goals. Take ownership of your accounts by proactively getting member feedback, using organisation and communication to ensure member satisfaction and show a creative, solution-oriented approach to possible escalations.
Build our Community - Make knowing our members your business, so you are best placed to create meaningful & mutually beneficial connections between them & the wider Techspace community. Support your team and enter significant collaborations with third parties to complement the creation of a vibrant place of work.
Deliver a 5* Service - Our purpose is to deliver a service that accelerates the growth of our members. We do everything with care and conscience. Bring a critical mindset, so you can call us out and we can continually improve our offering.
Requirements
If you are a self-driven, solution-oriented and empathetic professional we would love to meet you! You will be the face and voice of our company, support our members and be a pillar of our Techspace Community Team.
Experience - You have gathered experience working as a Community Lead or a similar position and are looking forward to applying your acquired skills at Techspace.
Organisation - You are self-driven and actively look to improve processes and approach challenges with a creative can-do attitude. Your organisational skills allow you to remain level-headed in a busy environment.
Kindness - So-called soft skills are highly valued at Techspace. We look forward to you bringing yourself to work, showing a genuine interest in your fellow Techspacers, vendors and any other third parties.
Bilingualism (German/ English) - You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages in order to form relationships and connections with our members and the wider Techspace team.
