[Expired] - Coworking Community Manager

We are looking for a talented, sparkling outgoing personality to open and afterwards manage our new coworking space, TSH Collab, as part of The Student Hotel Vienna.

This new 1500 sqm. collaborative space is the place to be for entrepreneurs, freelancers and innovative companies/startups and the likes. In this amazing environment (which you are going to create) all members can work, collaborate and also play together.

In this role you will be closely involved in the exciting opening of our first coworking space in Austria and will be responsible for every aspect of managing its operations afterwards. You are part of the MT of TSH Vienna and will report to the general manager of the Hotel and Regional Collab Manager for your region.

Your Tasks as Community Manager

The role is very diverse from making sure that the space is full of happy people (including your own team), daily operations, running events, ordering supplies, creating tours, plan classes, solve problems and much more.

You are the primary person to make this happen and create this amazing environment by:

Hiring, manage, train and coach your winning team;

Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members and TSH students and guests – we call it “Complete Connected Community”;

Ensure highest level of member experience, satisfaction and drive Net Promotor Scores;

Maintain 100% occupancy of the space, achieve sales target and managing the churn;

Full financial responsibility on costs and revenue, together with general manager and TSH Collab HQ

Managing space operations and implementing and standard operating procedures.

Create a collaborative environment amongst our members, companies through events, programming, fitness activities, partnerships and personal introductions (in collaboration with our TSH Connector);

Engagement in the larger Viennese (startup) community by attending events and networking with local entrepreneurial organizations; you are the Collab ambassador Vienna and will have to represent us in the Austrian market

Coordinate the Collab facility incl. maintenance

You enjoy managing relationships with (team) members, vendors, suppliers, maintenance team etc.

Deliver a range of community initiatives to develop connections between Collab members, and all TSH in house guests, to create a feel of connection and community among all our guests;

You will do the sales tours for prospective members, sending out daily newsletters/ emails, cold calls and all other creative ideas you come up with ;)

The Must Haves:

Fluent in German, excellent in English (spoken & written)

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a co-working / shared office space environment

Deep understanding of what it takes to create a community driven hospitality environment

Experience with management of P&L and commercial KPI’s

Sales experience and overall willingness to close deals and achieving targets.

Experience of managing a team of 2+ people;

Business operations and/or project management
