What you will do

CTO – Lead dev fullstack

We are 2 co-founders, and we are looking for the 3rd person who will share our vision and ambition.
The platform is in NodeJS, the BDD under mongoDB and the front in AngularJS (which passes in Angular).

Very Widely, Your Daily Tasks Will Be

Definition of the roadmap and the technical strategy

Development of new features (front-end, back-end, etc.)

Coordination with the different poles: commercial, customer success

Recruitment and management of the team in Agile methodology Also:

The goal is to move from AngularJS to Angular. Then do a V2 of the back end.

In parallel, we have launched a bot project, which will accompany our customers in their current conversational services: Slack, Skype, Facebook at work, etc.

The other challenge of this position is to structure our data, to learn uses and better serve our users.

The last task of the CTO is to manage a developer team, and to start, in the short term to recruit a new tech!

We offer a significant share of the company’s capital, between 8 and 15%, to offset the 30k gross / annual salary. The financial objective is to raise a financing round at the end of the year 2018.

We are looking for someone with real experience of architecture, management and interaction with other services.
