Who is the Employee Experience Specialist?

We’re looking for an Employee Experience Specialist who will play an integral part of our HR global team and will report directly to VP HR.

This full time position is based in our HQ in Tel Aviv and will play an impactful role in creating, planning and driving Employee Experience plans and initiatives globally.

Your day at Mindspace

With strong communication and execution skills and a passion for innovative welfare programs you will need to create an all-around-amazing experience for Mindspace employees. Responsible for building and maintaining our strong and unique community, you will basically be the heart and soul of our diverse community - caring, attuned to people’s needs and exceedingly proactive.

What You Will Be Responsible For, Mainly.

Develop innovative, trendy and relevant yearly global experience plans that match our fast paced work environment and culture needs.

Manage the global annual budget

Plan and execute every aspect of the company's parties, holiday, toasts, lectures and other welfare events.

Work closely with the global management team in order to build their regions wellbeing holistic plan.

Managing employees’ general wellbeing, which includes welcoming new employees, internal communication, life cycle gifts and etc

Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives and provide recommendations to improve future strategies

Requirements

Experience & Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position in a High Tech company / young startup

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Highly organized with attention to details and an outstanding work ethic

Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done

Great communication skills: written and verbal.

Service oriented, positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude

Strong project management skills

High level of English
