Your role

For this exciting, new role, Work.Life are looking for an experienced sales professional, who will be responsible for driving sales and for developing the sales process over time to build the Yours. brand within the enterprise market.

Your day to day

  • Implement and manage a tenant rep engagement strategy to ensure steady lead flow from traditional agents to Yours. spaces
  • Oversee the to end sales process for occupiers from tour to lease signing
  • Create, implement and develop our direct sales approach for enterprise businesses
  • Develop and roll-out a best-in-class sales process and collateral for the Yours product
  • Track, measure, analyse and report regularly using our CRM on commercial performance metrics
  • Refine a clear pricing & discount strategy for Yours.
  • Manage the Yours. sales team to achieve their targets
  • Build the Yours. brand name through public speaking and networking opportunities
  • Building and maintaining key landlord and agent relationships ensuring high quality deal flow and inbound enquiries
  • About you

  • You’ll have 7 years + experience of enterprise sales in real estate
  • MRICS qualified
  • Proven experience managing lease negotiations on behalf of occupiers
  • You’ll be a leader – you have experience building, leading and motivating a sales team
  • You are a master of the softer, strategic sales approach
  • You’ll have a proven track record hitting and outperforming sales targets
  • You’ll have proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key enterprise clients
  • Growth will be your main driver – you operate well in a dynamic, hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • You are a self-starter– as well as being strategic, you are not afraid to get stuck in in all areas of the sales funnel. You are ready to hit the ground running!
