[Expired] - Event Producers

Hello! Beta-i is seeking kick-ass event producers to assist with their ongoing events like TGIF, as well as flagship productions such as Lisbon Investment Summit.

We're looking for folk to start immediately with a minimum two month commitment....positions have the possibility of extending if there is mutual interest.

A sampling of duties includes:

-establish contact and contracts with suppliers such as graphic, AV, logistics, and operation partners

-establish and contract with general procurement suppliers, conduct procurement analysis and reporting

-handle department cashflow and expense control

-onsite assembly tracking coordination, medium event disassembly

-budget and plan events

-catering and hospitality coordination

-manage freelancers such as hostesses, stage hands, sketchers

You ideally:

-have a drivers license

-love people!

-2+ years experience

-are a for real doer

-solutions oriented

-fluent in Portuguese/English

-flexible schedule e.g. occasional evenings or weekends
