Your mission

We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our London team, reporting to the Financial Controller. This hands-on role is the go-to for all finance-related queries and plays a key part in managing cash flow, controlling costs, and delivering accurate financial reporting.

Your profile

What you'll do:

Own the payables & receivables function – invoicing, chasing debtors & paying suppliers on time

Support treasury & cash flow management

Assist with month-end close, reconciliations & variance reporting

Contribute to year-end financial statements & audit process

Ensure compliance with HMRC & Companies House filings

Improve processes & automate manual tasks

What we're looking for:

Degree or AAT qualified, or relevant experience

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Highly organized with great communication skills

Detail-oriented, proactive & eager to learn

Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing team (50+ people)
