Front Desk Supervisor

Responsibilities are included but not limited to :

  • Greeting guests
  • Answering emails and questions about our products, services, properties, and locations

  • Coordinating with Outpost staff about room availability

  • Writing letters to members

  • Ensuring the rooms are kept clean

  • Coordinate to ensure that all guest’s concerns are addressed

  • Plan small dinners

  • Assist members in the coliving

  • Assist member’s requests including organizing trips, meals, and taxi

Job Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience running the front desk
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experienced in managing Online Travel Agent booking
  • Having a Hospitality background 
  • Demonstrable customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High school diploma (hospitality and English certification is a plus)
  • Managing a team experienced is needed
  • Will be working based in Siem Reap, Cambodia
