Front of House Manager Full time We are looking for a Front of House Manager to join us at our East Dulwich location. The Role As a front of house manager at Oru Space, you’ll support the management team to oversee all aspects of our front of house operation. We are looking for someone who inspires and motivates your team to provide exceptional service to our members & customers whilst striving to exceed expectations. You will support the management team to develop and grow your team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated and meeting the standards of their job role. Holiday 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday Value of benefits Unlimited Hot Desking - £185pm Unlimited Wellness Classes - £105 pm Free Meal on shift - £200pm (full time) Free Hot Drinks - £140pm (full time) TOTAL WORTH - £630 per month for full time employee Hours (Approx) 40hrs a week, weekday and weekend availability required, day and evening shifts available What we look for

  • An experienced supervisor/manager able to support a reception team.
  • Customer facing, welcoming and making all members and customers feel comfortable and ensuring they enjoy there time at Oru Space.
  • Leading with positive behaviour + actions to drive performance in a fast paced, complex environment.
  • A strong communicator that has conversations with consideration + care, ensuring your team feel heard + supported
  • Experience in managing labour and rotas
  • Highly organised
  • A forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions
  • Able to work closely with the Head of Wellness to keep the studios running smoothly, improving the space and services whilst ensuring wellness customers are looked after.
  • Someone with an interest in wellness.
