Chatbot: the real Awhy's engine. It can automatically answer the user's questions: thanks to the proprietary algorithms that use Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing, Awhy can naturally conversate with the users, learning and improving itself day after day.

Live Chat: the chat agent can any moment take over the conversation.

Ticketing Mail: if the agent isn't available, the user is asked to leave an email.

What You'll Be Doing

Our product is constantly under development: depending on your skills, you'll be working on our administration panel, our widget or the AI core;

Being active part in the strategic planning and implementation of new corporate projects;

Working with Agile/Scrum methodologies;

Contributing with your work and ideas to the growth of the company.

Technical Skills

Good knowledge of Angular

Language: Java8

Framework: Spring or similar

Database management: MongoDB and / or MySQL

MVC applications development, system integration, REST architectures

Web: HTML, CSS / SASS, Javascript+jQuery

Who We're Looking For

You don't fear challenging yourself, you are proactive and able to work in a team;

Time management: you can estimate a task complexity and complete it in-time;

Very good knowledge of Angular will be considered as a plus;
