How we work

Techspace is a member-centric company that designs, creates & operates workspaces for pioneering technology companies. Now more than ever the workplace is undergoing rapid change & transformation: we aim to be at the cutting edge of workplace design, providing flexible & collaborative environments that enable technology businesses to thrive. Most importantly Techspace, at its heart, is a people business: the relationships we form with our members makes our community value proposition come to life.

  • We are the only tech workspace provider in Europe dedicated exclusively to change-making technology teams.
  • We currently have ~200,000 sq ft of space in London and Berlin (~3,500 members, ~75 companies, ~50 person team). And we have 7 locations, with a few more on the way!
  • Samsara, Dext, Duffel, Pleo, GoStudent and Freetrade are just some of the alumni companies we’ve worked with, and we have a handful of unicorns in our stable!
  • Over the next few years Techspace plans to grow into new locations in London and Berlin, as well as enter a new European city. This means we plan to double our number of sites and team size in the next few years, giving way to new roles being created in the Marketing team. Making this an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate looking to progress in their career.

    Growth Marketing Lead

This role is based in London, and reports to the Marketing Manager.

    Description

We are looking for a highly skilled candidate who is excellent at Content writing, Social Media and has a well-rounded knowledge of Performance Marketing. This candidate will be responsible for building top-of-funnel awareness, driving traffic to our website, lead generation, and content strategy to accelerate our growth and drive customer engagement across our workspace, meeting rooms and event sales, within the tech ecosystem.

Based in London, you will take ownership of initiatives related to external marketing activities across the group and help contribute to the wider Marketing strategy for the business, primarily interfacing with the Marketing Manager who is responsible for member-facing marketing activities.

In short, your role will be to understand the customer journey from awareness through to point of sale. Using paid, owned and earned channels you will produce content that celebrates our members, brings our proposition to life and drives qualified leads. A large part of this will be contributing to our Social Media channels, driving engagement and reach from our existing and target customer groups.

As this role is primarily to support Sales, you will also oversee and manage third-party broker and agent listing sites to maximise lead flow and build occupancy across the group. And you will also work with Sales to identify target accounts and build campaigns (including retargeting strategies and ads across AdWords and LinkedIn) to drive more direct sales. Your role will therefore be split into two key components of equal measure; which mirror the two largest sales channels Techspace intends to focus on for the foreseeable future: 1) Direct sales and 2) Broker partner referrals.

You will be measured on three main KPIs:

    1. Driving qualified leads
    2. Driving traffic to the website
    3. Social Media reach/ engagement metrics

Make no mistakes about it, we are still a ~50 person team, so you will need to get stuck in. Only apply if you’re a self-starter; resourceful, dedicated and enthusiastic about doing your best work.
