Description
We need a highly skilled candidate with expertise in content writing and performance marketing. You'll be responsible for driving traffic, lead generation, and content strategy to accelerate growth and engage customers. Based in London, you'll contribute to external marketing initiatives and collaborate with the Member Marketing Manager. Your role involves understanding the customer journey, creating compelling content across paid, owned, and earned channels, and managing social media engagement. Additionally, you'll oversee third-party listings and collaborate with Sales on targeted campaigns. You'll be evaluated based on qualified leads, website traffic, and social media metrics. Role specifics
This role is based in London, and reports to the Marketing Director.
Content:
Develop and execute a compelling content strategy to position Techspace as a thought leader, drive website traffic, and engage our target audience. Collaborate with the Member Marketing Manager to create captivating member interviews and case studies, showcasing our innovative community. Manage social media publishing on LinkedIn and Instagram channels, ensuring a consistent schedule.
Drive Enquiries:
Implement an inbound strategy to generate leads for our workspaces, meeting rooms, and events in London and Berlin. Manage and optimise paid channels, including Google Adwords, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Conduct research to build target customer lists alongside the Sales team and experiment with different campaign approaches, including Account Based Marketing (ABM).
Third-Party Brokers:
Work closely with Sales teams to manage availability and listings on broker partner platforms in London and Berlin. Establish and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring they understand our value proposition. Run targeted campaigns to stay top-of-mind with high-performing brokers and provide regular reporting to track progress and identify insights.
Reporting:
Analyse marketing performance, provide data-driven recommendations for improvement, and identify opportunities to optimise the sales funnel. Take ownership of implementing updates and iterations to enhance funnel performance.
Market Intelligence:
Support the product function by gathering market intelligence and conducting competitor analysis as we expand into new locations and develop new products and services.
