Only one year after our launch, we are already by the side of 60+ companies in France and Europe. We are currently recruiting 15 people to join the adventure and expand our impact in France and Europe!

    moka.care develops a comprehensive platform for employee mental wellbeing. It’s a comprehensive solution where employees can have access to:

  • Individual coaching and therapy with licensed psychologists and certified coaches
  • Group sessions led by therapists on mental wellbeing topics (like parenting, self-confidence, or work-life balance)
  • Digital content and programs designed to improve mental well-being

    Why do we need you?

    As a Head of growth, you'll work directly with the founders to define, initiate, pilot and scale moka.care's growth strategy in France and Europe.

    Combining strategic and operational missions, your role will be to :

  • Define the growth strategy with the founders and build the roadmap
  • Set-up the structure and build the growth team of moka.care to achieve goals at scale in all growth pillars (inbound, outbound, lead generation...)
  • Manage the team and relations with external stakeholders involved in the growth strategy
  • Support implementation of growth actions (we're still a small company, you need to like to work hands-on on the implementation of the strategy ????‍)
  • Define, measure and report the performance of growth actions, and assess it against ROI and KPI goals
  • Joining us you will:

  • Profil recherché

    You're the ideal person if:

  • You have 5+ years experience in growth, in a fast growing environment at an international scale
  • You have a previous experience in B2B lead generation
  • You have already built and managed growth teams
  • You have an excellent written and verbal communication & copywriting skills
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, combining strategic thinking, operational and analytical skills
  • You are fluent in French and English
