What’s it all about?

We currently have an exciting role for an enthusiastic senior marketing professional to join our Dublin team, while supporting the overall business which includes our members network and flexible workspace & coworking locations in Belfast and Cork, as well as our restaurant and events hospitality businesses.

What you’ll be doing

Strategic marketing and pre/post/live event support around key events in the Glandore Dublin, Belfast, Cork; Suesey Street and No. 25 calendars

Head of Member/Partner marketing and engagement

Marketing of the Glandore CSR and Wellness initiatives

Overseeing the Glandore Dublin, Belfast, Cork; Suesey Street and No.25 brand marketing

Overseeing the Glandore Dublin, Belfast, Cork; Suesey Street and No.25 social media and content strategy

Overseeing the Glandore Dublin, Belfast, Cork; Suesey Street and No.25 SEO and digital marketing strategy

Head of PR & Communications for Glandore Dublin, Belfast, Cork; Suesey Street and No.25 which includes:

Management of PR companies in Dublin, Belfast, Cork

Events

Write/provide content for press releases/pings

Identifying and providing content for media opportunities

Liaising with Brand Marketing Manager around design, imagery and videography

Research and information collation/sharing

Internal Communications strategy and coordination

Preparation and Management of Marketing budget and associated costs

Coordinate regular competitive analysis for Glandore, Suesey Street, No.25 Fitzwilliam Place.

Representing Glandore, Suesey Street and No. 25 at external events where required

What we’d like from you

A degree level education

3-5 years experience in a marketing leadership role ideally in B2B

Strong leader who can mentor and manage members of marketing team in areas such as brand marketing, design, content, digital marketing, events and PR

Strong communicator and influencer who actively contributes, collaborates and fosters new ideas

Warm, outgoing personality with excellent networking skills and ability to build relationships and collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

Strategic thinker with ability to plan, coordinate and execute strategy for three brands

Strong digital, data and analytical capabilities

PR and communications experience

Event management experience desired

Skilled at organising, negotiating and presenting

Flexibility and ability to multitask – excellent time management and attention to detail, capacity to attend and host events out of normal business hours

Experience with Wordpress or other CMS system is desirable in addition to customer relationship management tools and processes, preferably Hubspot

Experience with Adobe Suite is desirable: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
