  • Brings a rich and tested toolbox to drive the recruitment, retention, and development of a top caliber, multicultural, distributed and global talent pool.
  • We're looking for someone who has high potential to rise within Rainmaking. The Head of People & Culture will work closely with the Rainmaking partner who is currently driving this area. Over time it is expected that the Head of People & Culture will drive the agenda globally, with continued support from the Rainmaking Partners.

    This is a hugely important role for Rainmaking so we're looking with someone with high potential and genuine love for the people and culture topic.

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Over 5 years of experience working in a Human Resources or People related role, ideally leading a team or special project
  • Experience working in the context of a high growth startup as well as, ideally, larger company exposure
  • A global understanding of recruitment, retention and development best practices and a genuine interest in the People and Culture topic
  • Up-to-date experience using HR technology, platform and tools
  • A focus on results and metrics as well as an understanding of the value of a strong and impactful culture
  • A pragmatic approach befitting a fast-paced startup environment
