About Hub

Beta-i is enthusiastically introducing a spin-off to spotlight the hub component of our business - the spaces where do-ers do their thing whether it’s co-working, running a solo endeavor, hosting an inspiring event, or tackling a killer brainstorming session.

There’s an exciting challenge ahead to launch Hub and create an international strategy to rethink shared space to accommodate our increasingly on-demand world.

As Hub Product & Operations Specialist you will:

Support the Head of Hub in identifying and achieving its’ property milestones and KPIs;

Have ownership of the efficacy and effectiveness of the entire Hub team, processes, and service providers, e.g. handymen, janitorial, carpentry;

Manage and coordinate contracts, agreements, and other documents related to buildings and building management;

Support the Hub’s entire operations in co-working, events, and activities to ensure the utmost client satisfaction;

Develop ongoing improvement initiatives and implement best practices;

Anticipate and solve bottlenecks and other stalls in processes related to the building environment;

Provide insights and inputs during the start-up of new Hubs and schematic design to promote comfort, functionality, efficiency, and collaboration in work spaces; and

Provide proactive support for the local team throughout the pre & post opening processes

You are:

Adept at creating and refining workflows and developing, communicating, and enforcing processes;

Genuinely interested in the entrepreneurship ecosystem;

Experienced in working with third party vendors and have demonstrated success in cultivating productive relationships;

A geek for problem solving;

Results orientated with a “done is better than perfect” approach;

A Project Management whiz;

Creative, hungry, and ready to roll your sleeves up to get the work done;

Oral and written fluency in English and Portuguese;

BA in Architecture is a plus;

Sense of humor a must;

Able to work Monday - Friday, occasional evening-weekend phone calls; and

Available to travel in Portugal as needed
