The Expertise Guardians of Beta-i.

Our driving force is the in-depth knowledge and experience we distribute inside and outside Beta-i in terms of corporate innovation and startup acceleration.

We facilitate open and direct innovation processes and share cutting-edge, strategic presentations within all of our stakeholders. The energy of our efforts allows us to always stand on the ladder of newness.

We are looking for an experienced innovation expert who is able to design collaborative innovation frameworks and successfully connect startups to corporates in an impactful way with real benefits for both the startups, the corporates and end customers/users. While the innovations are mostly technological, the process is very much human and dependent on human interactions to succeed. Having this tact is a key ingredient.

What you will do

Design and deliver key collaborative innovation programs

Research and apply novel innovation techniques, theories and models to existing or new programs

Connect insightfully to corporate clients in order to understand their business and identify innovation paths

Connect empathically to startups and help them navigate the corporate landscape from pitch, pilot design, pilot execution and deal making

Disseminate innovation know-how and practice to partners and Beta-i internally

Participate in pitching to clients collaborative innovation solutions

Develop new innovation methodologies tailored to collaborative innovation in given sectors

Be a thought leader on corporate innovation management

Deliver enthusiastically and captivatingly innovation talks, trainings and workshops

Who you are

Have 5 to 8 years experience in the innovation space

You are experienced in lean startup, design thinking and business model innovation methodologies

You have worked in large corporates at some stage of your path

You have managed innovation projects as owner from sales to finish

You are a strong communicator one-to-one and on stage

You are organized, pragmatic, expedient while keeping mindspace for thought and insight

You are very versed in online tools (google suite, Mural, slack, ppt, etc)

What we offer

Beta-i fosters a work culture with great flexibility in terms of working hours and the ability to work remotely. We are a truly international and integrated team. We are currently working fully remotely and starting to plan some in-person gatherings, as the pandemic allows. We want to foster an environment of a healthy work-life balance, and so Fridays’ afternoons are off.

Annual salary range: [23.800€ - 32.200€]
