We are looking for a Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team - a vibrant and colorful team formed by creatives, marketers, resilient innovators, changemakers, and contingency planners. The Marketeam plans and does, creates, and manages, turning information into meaning, calls to action, and knowledge. By making every project and program possible, they bring to life abstract concepts and brainstormed ideas.

What you will do

As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of creatives (design, web design, copy, and events) that deliver marketing & communication moments and material for our innovation programs, internal initiatives, and Beta-i's brand. Also, you are responsible for ensuring qualitative and creative marketing & communication solutions for each client project. This is what we expect you to nail in this position:

Help team of consultants to define and evaluate the marketing plan for each project;

Make sure that each project's mark&com strategy is well translated into concrete deliverables with clear owners and deadlines;

Liaise consultants to define priorities between projects and tasks;

Manage delivery capacity and find solutions when needed;

Participate in client meetings as a strategic marketing partner;

Manage task allocations, anticipate potential bottlenecks and forecast demands to come;

Stay up-to-date with collaborative innovation trends

Team management:

Host regular team and 1:1 meetings;

Provide training to new and existing staff;

Provide feedback to foster employee development and help build employee growth plans;

Guide, mentor, and motivate the team.

Who you are

We believe that the right candidate will check most of these requirements:

+6 experience working in agencies;

Previous experience in strategy in agencies is a plus;

Skilled in project management;

Computer savvy; proficient in GSuite (Google Docs, Slides, Spreadsheets, etc.);

Excellent communication and organization skills;

Team player with a problem-solving mindset;

Able to work well under pressure and prioritize;

Team management skills;

Proficient in English and Portuguese.

What we offer

Beta-i fosters a work culture with great flexibility in terms of working hours and the ability to work remotely. We are a truly international and integrated team. We are currently working remotely and starting some in-person gatherings, as the pandemic allows. We want to foster an environment of a healthy work-life balance, and so Fridays’ afternoons are off.

Annual salary range: [28.000€ - 32.200€]
