We currently have an exciting role for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our Dublin team, while supporting the overall business which includes our members network and flexible workspace & coworking locations in Belfast and Cork, as well as our restaurant and events hospitality businesses.

What We’d Like from You:

  • A degree level education
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role ideally in B2B and 1-2 years’ experience in a managerial role
  • Technically savvy and digitally focused
  • Experience with website management (preferably WordPress CMS)
  • Highly skilled with CRM automation (eg. Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Project management experience
  • People management experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong creative acumen
  • Warm, outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask – excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Marketing Requirements:

  • Participate as a full team member in all marketing, brand and business development meetings and associated meetings
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of content and media strategies for Glandore
  • Develop and manage the creation of internal communication marketing materials
  • Manage advertising and design – Print, promotional, digital materials and collateral
  • Create ebooks and digital marketing collateral
  • Plan and oversee the strategic development of marketing collateral in line with the needs of the business and the Head of Marketing
  • Project manage and oversee videography and photography projects, in cooperation with the Marketing Executive
  • Help develop and execute BTL & ATL advertising in line with the needs of the business and the Head of Marketing
  • Ensure the brand integrity is executed across all channels
  • Manage software and systems such as Hubspot, SurveyMonkey and others where applicable
  • Act as Line Manager for the Marketing Executives
  • Ensure appropriate targeted research is carried out where required
  • Work with the Head of Marketing on brand and marketing projects and initiatives where required
  • Liaise with design agencies/other Glandore service providers, prepare quotes where required and deliver on project requirements
  • Manage any relevant reporting in conjunction with the Head of Marketing
  • Pro-actively liaise with other departments on brand and marketing needs
  • Support the Head of Marketing in the management of all marketing campaigns, national partnerships and community engagement activity on behalf of the company
  • Support the Head of Marketing on annual budget allocation and management
  • Engage with third party partner on Member Experience activity where required
  • Assist with training new members of the Marketing, Brand and Business Development teams
  • Digital Media Management:

  • Manage maintenance, design and development of websites for Glandore, No.25 Fitzwilliam Place and Suesey Street Restaurant
  • Provide monthly reports on the performance of the Glandore brand social media pages and website
  • Provide insight and analytics for the Glandore brand social media pages and website
  • Lead and grow Glandore’s digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including a video content strategy
  • Plan and manage Glandore social media content with assistance from the Marketing Executives
  • Manage day to day relationships with design and digital agencies
  • Accompany the Head of Marketing when attending monthly/quarterly review meetings with all of the above
  • Manage relationship with our website agency ensuring our websites our up to date with content and copy
  • Manage the proactive development of an imaginative high impact and regular blog presence for Glandore – sharing insights, common facts and industry issues/trends
  • Lead design management for digital campaigns/promotional activity including preparing briefs and amending promotional artwork
  • Co-ordinate all web/on-line marketing activity in line with the requirements of the business
  • Act as point of escalation for the Business Development Teams for all e-mail and phone queries
