  • Role Specifics

    We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about brand storytelling and the creative art of stimulating engagement through social and other inbound channels. Developing our brand identity and building out a comms plan that consistently resonates with new and existing customers.

    Working with the Marketing Director this role will increase brand penetration within our core customer segment and build awareness of our product offering.

    It will also play an instrumental role in delivering internal member marketing across our London and Berlin locations. Building strong relationships with our members is paramount in bringing our community proposition to life. Working closely with the community teams in buildings you will help shape the member experience by creating engaging content, social media and events for our members.

    Make no mistakes about it, we are still a 30 person scaleup team, so we’re looking for someone to get their hands dirty and do the work. Only apply if you’re a self-starter; resourceful, dedicated and enthusiastic about doing your best work.

    On day one we'll expect you to...

  • Copywriting. We’re looking for strong written acumen. As the voice of the brand, we are looking for a candidate with excellent copywriting skills.
  • Content creator. Our narrative should come to life through our written content. We’re looking for an expert in storytelling across all channels.
  • Expert in Social Media management. We are looking to build a community by engaging our members and core customers.
  • Project management. As someone working with teams in product, sales, community and events you will need effectively manage across teams to deliver.
  • What separates the best from the rest

    You have...

  • Worked across all areas of the Marketing suite
  • Worked in B2B content marketing and have experience implementing B2B digital conversion techniques.
  • A keen eye for design, and enjoy the more creative side of Marketing.
