We’re on the look-out for a Marketing Manager to join our wonderful team! This role will be the guardian of the Work.Life brand, responsible for ensuring our brand image and tone of voice is executed to the highest standard throughout our spaces, the member experience, communications and PR. The right person will be passionate about customer experience and be able to execute a brand within physical spaces and across online and offline channels. You'll enjoy a fast-paced environment, have an eye for detail and design, and be a great communicator.

What you'll be responsible for:

The member experience with our brand: You’ll be responsible for managing the brand experience for our members across the different membership types from the moment they sign up. This includes:

· The digital onboarding journey (welcome emails and information they need to know)

· Physical welcome packs (key cards and any additional swag)

· Member portal/app - you'll work closely with our Digital Experience Manager to ensure our brand is reflected throughout our membership portal, as well as bringing the Work.Life brand experience to the digital platform.

· Newsletters, notifications & email communications such as newsletters, promotions / campaigns, and ad hoc comms.

New space launches & ongoing space branding: You’ll be responsible for ensuring our brand executed creatively & consistently across our existing spaces and for any new spaces, including our external window vinyls, internal signage (eg. posters, table talkers, stickers, mugs, and communal TV screen presentations).

Communications & PR:

· You’ll be responsible for developing and executing communications strategies for brand initiatives such as our BCorp certification and new spaces launches

· You’ll manage our PR agency to deliver commercially driven PR programmes, as well as high impact brand communications to create top of mind awareness.

· You’ll ensure all communications, internal and external, is on brand and in our tone of voice.

Brand opportunities: Own local and company-wide brand activations to increase our brand presence within the communities and neighbourhoods where we are based, and monitor the external marketing enquiries email inbox for any potential brand opportunities

Wider team brand and marketing support: You will be the go-to for other teams when they need support on projects which require branding (eg. employer branding for people team, signage for the facilities team, or a presentation for the founders)

About you:

· You’ll have 4+ years of marketing experience and be able to demonstrate where you’ve been responsible for the execution of a brand across a variety of channels and physical spaces

· You’ll have experience marketing physical spaces (workspaces, gyms, hotels, restaurants, retail, etc.)

· You’ll be a great copywriter who enjoys writing and a great communicator

· You’ll be a perfectionist – borderline obsessive – when it comes to visual brand execution and have an eye for great design

· You’ll be a team player - this role is integral to supporting the marketing team and the wider business

· You’ll be a fast learner and hard-working in order to keep up with the fast-paced nature of our business

· Experience with membership-based business models and CRMs (eg. Nexudus) is a bonus
