Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact at the front desk for all members and guests delivering excellent customer service

  • Onboard new members: activate and distribute keys, fobs, building access and member welcome packets

  • Tour the space with new members, answer questions regarding the space and the community

  • Curate and oversee all events and programming within the space

  • Seek and collaborate with local businesses for partnership opportunities

  • Assist in end-to-end IT management and solutions (i.e. printing, network management, phones, etc.)

  • Manage conference room bookings and conference catering requests

  • Enhance the ‘Bond Moments’ initiative by developing relationships with members which will in turn inform and inspire programming concepts and form brand loyalty

  • Assist the Community Manager and/or General Manager in ensuring smooth operations of the space while providing an optimal member experience

  • Manage the office independently if Community Manager/General Manager is out of office

  • Complete other errands and tasks around the office as needed
