  • Member Marketing Manager

    This role is based in London, and reports to the Marketing Director.

    Description

    We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about stimulating engagement through our member (focussed) content as we aim to deliver on our goals to inspire, educate and connect our members.

    In short, this will involve organising and hosting events, arranging interviews with members as we produce member case studies, podcasts and thought-leadership pieces and publishing them via our owned and earned channels.

    You will be responsible for delivering memorable and valuable experiences to our members whilst ensuring members are educated on Techspace’s value proposition, products and services. To deliver on this, one key area of focus will include working with the operations team to continually improve the onboarding experience for members.

    You will also be solely responsible for Techspace’s member Calendar of Events across London and Berlin. Booking speakers for our educational event series, Techspace Talks. Organising meet-ups for our leadership initiatives, such as ScaleUP Europe. As well as working with new and existing corporate event partners (e.g. Antler VC, Elevayte and Movemeon) to host inspirational fireside chats, Q&A panels and community meet-ups.

    Working with the Marketing Director this role seeks to deliver an increase brand loyalty, satisfaction rates (NPS) and member retention, whilst also helping create content and events that build awareness of our product offering externally.

    Building strong relationships with our members is paramount in bringing our community proposition to life. Working closely with the community teams to gain insight on challenges and pain points from our members will be imperative in order to effectively shape your member content plan.

  • Develop member content
    Developing engaging member content plays a huge part in building our brand. Not only does it help us differentiate by bringing our unique community to life, it also has the capacity to drive engagement and satisfaction rates, and in doing so grow revenue through Word of Mouth and member referrals.   • Organise our Calendar of Events for London and Berlin (Techspace Talks, Corporate Event Partners, ScaleUP Europe, and arranging events in collaboration with members that help us to live our values)
  • Arrange interviews, seek out case studies and develop a podcast series with our members
  • Oversee the roll-out of engaging member communications (Monthly member newsletter, internal member comms via the Techspace app, in-building digital screens, Social Media channels and in-building posters)
  • Coordinate and sell Leadership Programmes
    Our Leadership Programmes are part of our strategy, tailored to support our members' HR and People Development needs. Each year we plan to deliver 4+ cohorts of our own programmes.   • Work with our delivery partners (Unleashed) to coordinate cohort dates and build a launch plan for each cohort
  • Educate member companies by engaging key personnel and decision-makers in order to build awareness and ultimately sell seats on future cohorts
  • Drive adoption of Additional Services
    Alongside our workspace products Techspace offers members a suite of products and services which aim to improve the experience and value our member companies derive from their membership.
