[Expired] - Open Innovation Program Assistant

We are looking for a Program Assistant to help run our Open Innovation programs. If you are organized, fancy crossing things off your to-do list, love individual and team work, a fast paced, energized, entrepreneurial community and want to gain valuable professional experience - then we have the right career start for you!

Hand in hand with the Program Managers and Directors, the Program Assistant is responsible for helping to carry out tasks that are vital to the success of the Open Innovation programs. You will work directly with the program Managers and Directors and have some contact with startups and out clients.

Program Assistant responsibilities are:

Manage communications with startups;

Help to coordinate activities, meetings and events;

Accelerator and startups data collection and analysis;

Reports and content creation;

Act as a concierge for mentors and partners;

Onboarding and ongoing support for startups.

Program Assistant requirements are:

Familiarity with startups is preferred and a willingness to learn and tackle new problems is a must. We expect you to show empathy for the entrepreneurs and the challenges involved with building a startup. They are the ones doing the hard work, taking the risk and we always have to keep that top of mind.

You should be:

Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs;

Comfortable with email correspondence and managing many contacts;

A good communicator with written and oral fluency in English and Portuguese;

Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities;

Highly self-motivated and positive;

A detail-oriented, creative, and agile problem-solver; and

A team player.
