[Expired] - Open Innovation Program Manager

We are looking for a stellar Program Manager to run the operations of our Open Innovation Programs. Keep reading if you're super organized, love crossing things off your to-do list, appreciate individual and team work, and want to grow in a fast paced, energized, entrepreneurial community.

Hand-in-hand with the Program Directors, the Program Manager is responsible for the success of the Open Innovation programs. You will partner with the program Directors and have contact with startups and our clients.

Program Manager responsibilities are:

Answer for the program under management in any context;

Manage communications with startups;

Manage communications with partners;

Responsible for planning and organizing logistics and operations;

Coordinate activities, meetings and events;

Collaborate on the development and management of the program budget;

Develop and maintain databases to generate specialized reports related to program operations;

Act as a concierge for mentors and partners;

Build, distribute, collect, and compile simple program feedback surveys; and

Onboarding and ongoing support for startups.

Program Manager requirements are:

Familiarity with startups is preferred and a willingness to learn and tackle new problems is a must. We expect you to show empathy for the entrepreneurs and the challenges involved with building a startup. They are the ones doing the hard work, taking the risk and we always have to keep that top of mind. Plus, fluency in English and Portuguese.
