About the Role:
The Operations Associate must independently be able to support, on an as needed basis, all Bond Collective locations throughout the NYC area. This person will be responsible for covering day to day operations at any of our NYC locations, and have an in depth knowledge of the operations and expectations of the company brand.

In this role, you will report directly to upper management. Your role is to assist all of the Community Management Teams, to ensure their spaces are adequately covered as well as operating within company brand expectations.

You are the epitome of the Bond Collective brand. You are reliable, proactive, extremely flexible and willing and eager to share your creativity and experience to provide an unmatched hospitality experience for our members and guests.

Responsibilities include:
Manage the office independently if General/Community Manager or Member Experience Associate is out of office
Prepare regular reports for upper management ranging from cleanliness, member data or quality assurance
Assist the Community Team in providing excellent customer service to our members, i.e. work with members in a friendly & professional manner, man the front desk, greet visitors, receive deliveries and assist in event bookings in the space
Must be available for backup to lead walk-in tours for prospective members across all NYC locations
Responsible for helping to troubleshoot end-to-end IT management and find solutions (i.e. printing, network management, phones, cameras etc.)
Document and investigate maintenance and facilities issues seen and heard throughout our locations
Assist in prioritizing and managing escalated maintenance and facilities issues with our Facilities Manager
Continuously explore and curate possible partnerships and community programs that offer value to our members, their organizations and the company brand
Uphold company hospitality standards and expectations to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Participate in cross departmental projects to improve Bond Collective processes in operations and hospitality
Complete other errands and tasks around the office as needed
Experience & Requirements:
Strong administrative experience - with in depth knowledge of basic computer systems, platforms and functions
Team player who has the ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to give clear direction and respond to inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
Problem-solving aptitude
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once, with proven project management skills
Able to proactively own & execute designated tasks independently
Hospitality or Customer Service Experience in a luxury environment highly preferred
Bachelor's degree
