Huckletree is part of the exciting, diverse and rapidly changing workspace landscape in Ireland and the UK. The Operations Manager role will give you the opportunity to run the facilities ship at Huckletree D2 in Dublin city centre.

You will work within the D2 community team and have the opportunity to work alongside our marketing, programming and business development teams, all against the backdrop of Dublin’s thriving tech ecosystem and fast paced startup landscape.

Requirements

You will:

  • Focus on customer service levels as your primary KPI
  • Ensure that the level of service your community received is higher than 5-stars
  • Conduct monthly building audits and daily building walk-arounds and review your customer satisfaction levels with each ticket
  • Be the point of contact for all external service providers and suppliers
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all supplies are ordered and replenished, and that we are never out of stock, nor have a significant backlog
  • Ensure that we remain in-budget for all supplies
  • You should apply if:

  • You are passionate, positive, hard-working and energetic
  • You have hands-on experience with building management
  • You are a jack-of-all-trades type across facilities, M&E, AV/Tech
  • You may have a background in a trade or as the Ops Manager at a startup
  • You have experience in managing health and safety, and introducing Covid-19 safety measures
  • You are a ‘fixer’ and are unphased by turning your hand to anything
  • You have a strong customer-service mentality and you have the ability to generate respect and trust from all members and staff
  • You have are fast-thinking and reactive
  • You are process-driven and with a detailed focus
  • Key Pillars of the role

    1) Member Experience and Customer service - Customer service levels will be your main KPI. You will need to ensure that our member have a great experience whilst operating within your hub. You will develop our service standards and plan for our community teams to ensure that our service levels are as high as a 5* hotel. Continuously coming up with new ideas for your space with the General Manager and in line within budget.

    2) Service provider and supplier management - You will be the main point of contact for all external supplier relationships. You will ensure that the general replenishment of all stock items are ordered and within budget.

    3) Facilities Management - You will conduct daily walk arounds and identify anything that isn't working that should be. You will be responsible for answering all member tickets that come within 24 hours ensuring that we maintain our SLA's.

    4) Covid-19 Health and Safety Compliance Management - You will ensure that Huckletree D2 is fully compliant with HSE guidelines and regulation. You will manage Covid Champion training amongst Members and employees. You will run monthly audits to identify any potential risks.
