moka.care has been created with 3 strong convictions:

Only one year after our launch, we are already by the side of 20+ companies in France and Europe. We are currently recruiting 15 people to join the adventure and expand our impact in France and Europe!

What we do?

moka.care develops a comprehensive platform for employee mental wellbeing. It’s a comprehensive solution where employees can have access to:

Individual coaching and therapy with licensed psychologists and certified coaches

Group sessions led by therapists on mental wellbeing topics (like parenting, self-confidence, or work-life balance)

Digital content and programs designed to improve mental well-being

Why do we need you?

As our first Product Manager your main mission will be to build a delightful product! Daily you will

Work with the founders to prioritize the most impactful opportunities for the company, keeping the focus on delivering outcomes

Gather user research from other team members and perform yourself user discovery

Build the product roadmap and backlog

Work closely with the CTO to ensure the shaping phase and development phase

Profil recherché

You’re the ideal person if:

You have 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a scale-up environment

You have an entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and agile

You have an excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills

You always pay attention to details and are focused on creating beautiful things

You already built a product

Ideally, you use design tools like Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.

You are fluent in French and English
