Qubes and Hub Hub are offering coworking and premium serviced offices that supports flexibility needs across multiple locations in CEE region and the UK. We have developed this product and it needs constant improvement when rolled out into new locations. Project managers are responsible for new and existing projects. With the new projects, PM are responsible for planning and overseeing the projects to ensure they are completed in timely fashion and within budget. Project manager plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed all the way. Project managers needs to cooperate closely with many different teams during the project creation, understand what is influencing the success of the project and improve it. He/she will be working closely with local business development teams, leasing, architects, construction and operation teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define, manage, and evolve HubHub and Qubes product strategy, roadmap, and vision of new products and features
  • Manage whole project end to end - as early as business case through interior concept and execution design, construction till handover to operation
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustment as needed, measure project performance after delivery and identify areas for improvement
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders – External: Negotiate potential deals with building landlord, create design with architects – Internal – work on product feasibility with finance teams, shape product with operation, construction, IT & security department, procurement and others
  • Help link space maintenance, customer hospitality and operations processes to achieve optimum product performance
  • Advisory / technical expertise for existing locations when refurbishment / fit out changes are needed, support sales team with practical and technical expertise
  • Requirements

    Experience
  • 5+ years in project management, architecture, facility or related experience
  • Languages
  • Fluent in English
  • Other Relevant Skills
  • Proven ability to work in an international cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders, strong team players
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Able to structure problems, evaluate potential risks and suggest solutions
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities
  • Able to organize facts, data and research, not assumptions
  • Proven track record of delivering variety of product features or functions, ideally through projects, requiring significant cross-functional teamwork
  • Very well organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
