What we’re looking for

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who will have end-to-end responsibility in the validation, management and rollout of new products and services in the areas defined with the founders (e.g. payments/finance/insurance). The Product / Project manager will play a core role for the growth of our Open Banking / PSD2 related products. The role has both an operational and a a strategic scope, as it will focus on:

Defining product plans and timelines with the management team, with an MVP approach

Executing product plans together with the development and marketing teams to deliver the optimum customer experience

Identifying and participating in the selection of the third-party service providers

Ensure regulatory obligations are met (e.g. all things PCI and PSD2 related)

Manage feature releases and provide inputs on product marketing

Share key market information, market insights and analytics with the marketing team to fine tune the go-to-market strategy

Actively providing inputs in terms of support requirements for the business structure

Manage risks and issues as part of the “Definition of Done”, escalating to the relevant stakeholders as required

You’re the right person if

You have experience delivering market-leading products in a fast-growing and product-focused company before as a Product / Project owner

You understand complex regulatory frameworks, with a special focus on PSD2 services, Open Banking and/or Insurance landscape

You have well-established experience in any of the following areas: Digital banking services (e.g. account aggregation, personal financial management, etc), open banking models and insurtech

You love working in Agile teams and acting as team player in cross functional teams to improve the way you everyone works together

You are analytically strong and have a strong data-oriented approach, with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods

The idea of building better or new products excites you

You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch

You’re organised and pragmatic, capable of leading a technical interdisciplinary team; you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and remove any blockers that might be on the critical path to shipping

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a FinTech company would be an advantage
