Work content

Responsible for Impact Hub Taipei's own project management, internal and external communication and coordination, budget progress control, project execution, project experience optimization. Main work content:

Assist in the development of Impact Hub Taipei's own project, creative thinking, communication and execution according to the needs of partners

Project related financial administration, liaison and coordination

Project effectiveness tracking and closing report writing

Project planning and briefing copywriting

Maintenance of relationship and communication among project stakeholders

Maintenance of communication and coordination between external vendors

Development partners, maintenance with potential partnerships

Matters assigned by other companies

Work Hours Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (in case of holidays or evenings, flexible activities are required depending on the situation)

Conditional requirements

Project time management and control capabilities, efficient planning and implementation of programs and strategies

Good at communication and coordination between external and internal teams, and become a bridge between teams and partners.

Strong sense of responsibility, good resilience, calm and independent judgment and ability

Highly curious about the problem, strong logic analysis, and fast and accurate integration of information skills

Creative ideas and expressive skills

Have good communication skills and team spirit

If you have good presentation skills, add points

If you have a good second foreign language ability, add points

More than one year experience in project execution or project management
