About the Role:
In the role of Sales Assistant, you are the first line of support for the sales team. You will be assisting the team by answering/following up with leads, issuing license agreements, supplementing the renewal process and other administrative tasks as the team needs on a day to day basis. Organizational skills and active communications with various departments are crucial to the role’s success. This role also has potential for added responsibility as the team and portfolio expands. Sales Assistant at Bond Collective is a pivotal role for someone interested in evolving and expanding their sales experience.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

  • Issuing license agreements to prospective members that are interested taking space with Bond Collective.
  • Communicate with on-site community teams to ensure streamlined communications regarding the sales process.
  • Manage and maintain the lead databases, pipeline and contact lists.
  • Answer the main sales line and coordinate conversations with sales and community teams.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Prepare printed marketing and sales materials on an as needed basis.
  • Communicate with leads in a friendly and inviting manner which is in line with Bond Collective’s brand standards.
  • Coordinate amongst all departments for various items such as meetings, tours and site visits.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote Bond Collective’s brand and spaces.
  • Track and maintain team expenses.
  • Take notes in sales or marketing related meetings and share action items with the team following the meeting.
  • Support community and executive teams with miscellaneous projects to further develop pipelines and member offerings.
  • Perform cold calls to prospect lists and develop follow up strategies.

  • Requirements:

  • 0-2 years experience in B2B sales with evidence of exceptional performance (preferred but not required).
  • Demonstrate strong phone and in-person prospecting skills.
  • Strong work ethic for market development through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work as a collaborative team member, always available to assist colleagues, teammates, members, customers, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights and summaries from data.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
