As our Techspace community continues to thrive, we are looking for a new team member to come onboard to help build and maintain key member relationships and activate new Techspace buildings across London’s booming tech scene.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, your day to day role will entail you to research prospect companies, conduct tours and negotiate tenancies.

For you to be successful in this role you will need to be highly motivated, proactive and empathetic of our customers. This is a corporate role based in our HQ office in East London.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive growth. You will be part of the commercial team who are responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for all locations in London and surrounding areas.
  • Nurture existing Techspace members: Develop strong, personal relationships with heads of companies in Techspace in order to offer them new options as they grow.
  • Engage and nurture inbound prospects from their initial enquiry through to sale, including arranging face-to-face tours, and the preparation of contracts for signature.
  • Prospect tours: Driving qualified interest towards building tours, you will develop highly effective sales techniques to sell availability within the London portfolio. Matching clients requirements to our product suite, you will meet business owners and build report by demonstrating how you’re able to solve their business pain points.
  • Build and develop personal network By conducting activities; online (Linkedin) and offline (relevant tech events)
  • Research member needs and the market. Always with your finger on the pulse, you will know what’s going on in the market and understand how to translate that back into Sales efforts.
  • Manage and update our internal CRM to ensure effective sales process and tracking of prospects through the pipeline
  • What you’ll bring

  • A strong London network within the tech ecosystem and in particular the tech startup/ scale-up sector.
  • 1-2 years experience in inbound and outbound sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy for our members, passion and drive.
