The Sales Coordinator role is a pivotal administrative role primarily managing inbound demand and assigning leads to the Sales team, in addition to performing outbound tasks to generate further interest.

Reporting into the Sales Manager and working out of the London central office, you will play an instrumental part in qualifying new prospects, identifying key risks, managing your sales pipeline and analysing data to inform commercial activities across the London portfolio.

For you to be successful in this role, you will need to be analytical, proactive, self-motivated and highly organised. Prioritising your time and coordinating your colleagues should come naturally to you, and mining prospects for information should be an innate skill you enjoy.

What you'll be doing

Qualify inbound; you will be responsible for managing new business enquiries and qualifying leads into the company CRM. Logging lead details you will take pride in keeping a highly organised sales dashboard for the sales team to interpret quickly and easily.

Arrange and coordinate tours, calls, and meetings for the sales team across all locations in the London portfolio, ensuring best practice client experience from first contact to sales handover.

Feedback loop; feeding into the Marketing team you will play a vital role in providing insights for the Marketing team — ensuring that our Marketing efforts are deployed appropriately to ensure the Sales team achieve their targets each week.

Manage demand-side partners; you will work hard to build new and maintain existing relationships with commercial brokers and referral partners.

Manage online platforms; working with the Marketing assets you will maintain listings copy, photos and availability each week, ensuring listings are prioritised/ advertised correctly to build relevant demand.

Nurture leads; prior to assigning to Sales you will nurture and develop new enquiries to educate them on our products and services. Effective nurturing will lead to better problem solving and insights on each client, and ultimately better quality Sales conversations.

Reporting; you'll be responsible for keeping all sales data up to date. Tracking pipeline lead probability, availability and occupancy. Owning the reporting framework, you will analyse trends and pipeline drop off, best performing sources, and help the sales team optimise performance.

Outbound sales & research; you will identify companies who may be a good fit for Techspace and update existing competitor research for London. Carrying out competitor and market research each month for new and existing territories.
