€64k with commission of €32k on target and potential to earn an additional €32k for exceeding targets.

Techspace is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our Berlin territory. You’ll use your experience to motivate and coach your team to achieve sales targets for new customers.

Key tasks

  • Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for all locations in Berlin.
  • You will work with other members of the Sales team, the Head of Operations, and the Community team. Motivate individuals to work together to achieve the company objectives set out by the Senior Management Team.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the Inbound sales specialist. Hold regular meetings, and Bi-annual Talent grid reviews, to ensure they are being supported, assessed, given feedback, and developed.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department to ensure departments are aligned and Marketing efforts are supporting the Sales KPIs month to month in your region.
  • Managing the Marketing for Sales efforts across inbound and outbound channels to ensure targets are met for inquiries in your region.
  • Take ownership of key relationships with brokers and key suppliers to ensure the number of referrals is maintained. You should also play a leading role in closing big ticket sales for your team
  • Analyse the performance of your team in all sales channels and leverage this analysis to shape and contribute to Sales strategies that ensure the financial growth of the company.
  • Research member needs and the market. Always with your finger on the pulse, you will know what’s going on in the market and understand how to translate that back into Sales efforts.
  • Innovate through the use of the most relevant software platforms for lead generation
  • Build relationships with existing members, to understand demand and requirements. Plus being able to effectively renew and upsell new products.

  • Keep CRM up to date to ensure data collection
  • Renew existing clients while achieving list price or above
  • Ramp up new locations and achieve occupancy rates of 80% + within three months
  • Fluent German and business-level English a requirement.
