Your role

We’re on the look-out for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our wonderful team! This role will be the go to for marketing support across the business, making the role integral to ensuring our brand is executed to the highest standard internally and externally. The right person will enjoy a fast-paced environment, have an eye for detail and design, and be super organised.

Your day to day

· Grow our partner & broker funnel by owning marketing activities including managing our listings, communications with partners, and coordinating promotional events such as new location launch parties for brokers

· Grow our organic following across our social channels through engaging content which reflects our brand DNA

· Own our membership marketing activities including welcome packs, emails, space signage & TV screen presentations

· Support the marketing team to execute the marketing strategy where required. For example, planning social posts to support a campaign, creating email campaigns, or writing content.

· Keep the website up to date with correct location information, photography and copy

· Support the wider team with copy and/or design requests

· Monitor the external marketing enquiries email inbox

About you

· You’ll have minimum 3 year’s experience in a marketing role with social media, design and content responsibilities

· You’ll be super organised. You’ll have a range of responsibilities and requests to manage, so you’ll need to be able to prioritise, multi-task and work efficiently

· You’ll enjoy being creative, as you’ll be supporting with social media and come up with exciting posts & campaign ideas

· You’ll have great communication and written skills

· You’ll be a team player - this role is integral to supporting the marketing team and the wider business, so you’ll be eager to get stuck in wherever needed

· You’ll be a fast learner and hardworking in order to keep up with the fast-paced nature of our business

· Ideally, you’ll have industry experience, but this isn’t a deal breaker

The need to knows

· The start date for this role is January 2022 however, we'll always wait for the right person.

· The interview process will be three stages: a phone interview and two face to face interviews with the final interview including a presentation.

· Sarah Sich, the Head of Marketing, will be the hiring manager for this role.
