About the positionAs a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, from acquisition to retention. You play a key role in our sales efforts from lead generation and prospecting, through sales and deal closing, to account management and up-/cross-selling.What will you be responsible for: SalesQualify SMB and enterprise leads - convert them to tours and closed deals (inbound & outbound)Understand the customer’s needs, ensuring that solution that is provided matches customer expectations across all areas - functional, service, timeline, budget, quality, etc.Provide a suitable proposal offer (Office+AR), based on Mindspace guidelinesFollow up with the customer, maintaining a consistent, open channel Work closely with the Community Manager to achieve smooth onboardingAccount Management - Retention and UpsellingAnalyze and optimize sales targets (Office+AR) for each SMB and enterprise customerIdentify new needs/challenges for the customer and forecast future expansionBe the point of contact for any contract- and revenue-related mattersExecute on SMB and enterprise retention strategiesCollaborate with the Customer Experience team to sustain retention and upselling strategies
