We are currently looking for a local position as Senior Sales Specialist in our brand new campus in Lille, our first campus in France!

You will work together with a Hospitality / Operations Intern and you will be part of the team that will open the campus, experiencing both a local environment and a global company.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INVOLVE

  • Responsible for achieving occupancy goals of coworking and event spaces on the Campus. (When the Campus is newly opened, the whole sales process from cold call to welcoming new Taggers will be a prevalent task to achieve the goals set).
  • Lead the local team: 1 hospitality/operation role.
  • Prepare the Business Plan for the year, estimating revenues, indirect costs, and hiring needs.
  • Carry out monthly Business Review to track the actual costs, revenues, and hot topics (HR related), defining a monthly action plan on these categories.
  • Organization of Campus tours with prospects and closure of the contracts.
  • Manage community activities and customer relationship/community topics.
  • Act as Business Developer for the Campus activities, representing Talent Garden at events in the city and at meetings with potential partners.
  • Being responsible for maintaining and constantly improving the entire Campus infrastructure and operating processes:
  • Responsible for keeping in touch with the landlord and for the rental contract and any other agreement with the landlord
  • Responsible for contacts & relationships with safety/security companies, keeping an eye on everything security and safety-related.
  • Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and concerned suppliers.
  • YOU ARE

  • A strong previous experience of at least 5 years in a sales role is considered a plus
  • Proven experience in sales or launching a startup or a scaleup
  • Strong knowledge of startup ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and synergies
  • A person with a natural flair for contact with people
  • Full of empathy
  • Full of energy: it’s the launch of a new campus!!
