RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the account management of our Startup Team product

Additionally you will manage the back-end onboarding and maintenance of startup client accounts and team turnover, liaising with other departments

You will have the ownership of day-to-day operations of the Startup Labs and shared space in our Görlitzer Park campus

You will conduct research on relevant potential startup clients within the Berlin and wider German ecosystem

You will assist in building and managing a sales funnel to generate leads for various startup products

At the same time, you will assist in conducting the due diligence / evaluation process of potential startup clients to determine whether they are a strategic fit for our community

Regularly you will attend local startup ecosystem meetups and events to build out Factory Berlin’s network and brand awareness

QUALIFICATIONS

You have 3-5 years experience in consulting, project or account management within a fast-paced corporate or startup environment

You studied Business Management / Innovation / Entrepreneurship or a similar speciality

You have a passion for startups, technology and the changing digital landscape

You are reliable, very well-organized, goal-oriented and stress-resistant

You are personable with excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships with ease

You are a self-starter able to work independently and take responsibility for owning projects

You are fluent in English, and have a good command of German both written and spoken

You have good knowledge of the Google Suite, Apple’s iWork office suite and project management / work productivity software such as Trello, Airtable and Zapier
