Job Description

Are you passionate about technology, venture capital and innovation? Does working with startups excite you? We are on the hunt for a Program Manager - a talented professional who will join the core Startup Station Team to work alongside scale-ups throughout the program duration.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute scale program components

Tracking and monitoring startup growth throughout the program to ensure that startup KPIs are met

Support ongoing operations of the program, facilities, interaction with mentors, startups and partners

Drive awareness and credibility for the program in the local market through events, social media, communications and more

Build and maintain strong relationships in the ecosystem, build partnerships that will help us achieve our goals

Required Experience & Skills

Familiar with concepts such as lean startup, design thinking, BMC etc

Ability to assess startup needs and provide relevant feedback/help/direction

Deep understanding of startup ecosystems in Singapore and throughout ASEAN

Able to work with startups on their business needs or find the right people to do so

About You

Founded your own startup(s) before or spent some time working in startups, or with startups (VC/Accelerators/Incubators/Startup Ecosystem)

Passionate about startups, technology, venture capital and innovation

A self-starter, with good communication skills and a structured approach to problem solving

Enthusiastic team player that loves working with different types of people in cross-functional teams and who is willing to help people around you to become even better

Well connected to the regional startup ecosystems
