It’s a brand-new product with a strong growth pipeline and we’re building a strong team to help us make it a success.

Your role

We are looking for a product lead with experience in successfully launching new products and fuelling growth.

This role as Product Lead for the newly launched Yours Managed Solution is responsible for delivering the go-to-market launch plan and to lead the product team to deliver the pilot phase of 50k sqft.

Your day to day

Project management of Yours. business project launch plan and coordinating internal resource as needed from the WL to deliver this.

Recruitment and line management of Yours. product team during launch phase ensuring individual and team KPIs are met.

Support in shaping the product launch strategy and project plan.

Oversee delivery of new property launch project plans.

Document standard operating procedures for ongoing delivery of the Yours. product (using Guru).

Implement a framework for prioritising product improvements and to collect and document regular feedback.

Play the role of Landlord relationship manager to deliver the Landlord sales process (initially until role is hired).

Regular reporting on sales & operational KPIs to Yours. Steering Committee which includes Directors and functional heads in the main business.

About you

You’ll be pro-active, organised and a self-starter. Successfully launching a new product takes a lot of motivation, drive and hard work!

You’ll have previous experience managing people across different functions and locations with an ability to get the most out of your team while supporting them to excel.

You are excellent at collaborating with others, are highly organised and have a strong ability to work in a team environment.

You’ll have a knack for processes. It’s imperative that we document our learnings & ways of working throughout the launch.

You’ll be a strategic thinker, always drawing on previous experience and thinking of new ideas to improve the product.
