HAN Spaces

HAN Spaces is a platform and business network that manages and operates workspaces and office buildings with new generation real estate approaches and technologies (PropTech). It was established with Nurus' 94 years of experience combining craft and design, specialized in giving life to offices and Alkaş's sectoral vision, concept, and commercial real estate experience for more than 30 years.

As HAN Spaces, we have taken our inspiration for the new generation workspaces from the unifying power of our traditional inns which value increasing productivity and solidarity. We blend our centuries-old business inn culture with design and technology, revitalize it at HANs: the product of today's contemporary sharing economy. While designing people-oriented, ecosystem-respecting, and happy spaces, our aim is to offer HAN members different places and times with member-tailored services and experiences. At HAN, we offer end-to-end services for the needs of institutions and individuals with corporate and virtual offices, coworking and private desk membership options. We develop and manage workspaces in line with the short and long-term demands of companies with HAN Flex Office and Hybrid working models.
