What is front-of-house work like in a coworking space?

Front-of-house teams are often the first contact for members, guests and prospective customers. Compare guest check-in, meeting-room support, post handling, tours and hospitality duties. Some vacancies combine reception with community support or membership sales.

Questions to ask before accepting a role

What are the opening hours and shift patterns?
Will I work alone at reception or with another team member?
Are tours and sales targets included?
What support is available for access issues, difficult visitors or emergencies?

What to bring to your application

Use examples of prioritising several requests, communicating clearly with visitors and keeping service calm during a busy period.
